Scar tissue mobilization is a specialized manual therapy technique designed to improve the mobility, texture, and function of scarred or adhesed tissue. Whether your scar is from surgery, injury, or trauma, this treatment helps release restrictions, restore circulation, and support your body’s natural healing process—both physically and emotionally. At Sacred Trinity Wellness, we approach scar work with compassion, precision, and care. Our sessions are safe, trauma-informed, and customized to your stage of healing. Over time, this therapy can reduce discomfort, improve range of motion, and minimize the appearance and impact of scars. What to Expect: Each session is personalized based on the location, age, and sensitivity of your scar. Here’s what you can expect: • Detailed Intake & History: We begin with a thorough consultation about the origin of the scar, your healing journey, current symptoms, and any related limitations or concerns. • Gentle, Progressive Techniques: Scar tissue work involves light to firm manual techniques such as myofascial release, cross-fiber friction, cupping (if appropriate), and stretching to gradually break up adhesions and improve tissue pliability. • Focus on Comfort & Safety: All work is done within your tolerance and with full draping. For recent scars, we follow your physician’s timeline and ensure you’re medically cleared before beginning treatment. • Whole-Body Integration: Because scar tissue can affect posture, mobility, and organ function, sessions may also include surrounding areas to release compensatory patterns and restore full-body balance. • Ongoing Support: You may receive self-massage techniques, hydration tips, and movement guidance to support healing between sessions. Clients often experience less tightness, increased mobility, and improved scar appearance. Scar tissue doesn’t have to limit your life—we’re here to help you heal through it.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Notice Period To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. Refund Policy • Full Refund: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. • Rebooked Appointments: Deposits for rebooked appointments will be held and applied to the next scheduled appointment. • No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Exceptions We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, we may consider exceptions in certain situations: • Emergencies: If unexpected circumstances prevent you from providing the required 24 hours notice, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule without losing your deposit. • Service Provider Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option for a full refund or to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you. • Long-Term or Bulk Packages: Special cancellation policies may apply for long-term or bulk service packages.
