Extra 15 Minutes - Add-on only: Customize Your Session Looking to extend your massage session for a more tailored experience? Our 15-minute add-on allows you to customize your appointment, providing additional time to focus on specific areas or to deepen relaxation. This enhancement is perfect for addressing particular concerns or simply indulging in extra self-care. Please note: A minimum booking of 60 minutes is required. This add-on is available exclusively as an extension to existing appointments and cannot be booked as a standalone service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Notice Period To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. Refund Policy • Full Refund: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. • Rebooked Appointments: Deposits for rebooked appointments will be held and applied to the next scheduled appointment. • No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Exceptions We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, we may consider exceptions in certain situations: • Emergencies: If unexpected circumstances prevent you from providing the required 24 hours notice, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule without losing your deposit. • Service Provider Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option for a full refund or to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you. • Long-Term or Bulk Packages: Special cancellation policies may apply for long-term or bulk service packages. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details.
