Chair Massage Events with Sacred Trinity Wellness & Massage Bring the benefits of massage directly to your workplace, conference, or special event with our on-site chair massage services. Our skilled therapists deliver targeted relief for the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands—all without oils, lotions, or the need to disrobe. Guests simply sit back in our professional ergonomic massage chairs and enjoy a session designed to relax, refresh, and re-energize. Choose Your Experience Sessions can be relaxing and stress-relieving or invigorating and energizing—perfect for keeping your group refreshed and focused. Massage times are customizable, typically offered in 10–20 minute sessions per person. Therapist Options Book 1 to 4 licensed massage therapists, based on your group size and event needs. Availability is subject to scheduling, so reserve early to secure your preferred number of therapists. Perfect For: Corporate wellness programs Employee appreciation days Health fairs Conferences & trade shows Community events Private celebrations Details Rate: $100 per hour, per therapist Deposit: 50% required to reserve your event Tipping: Optional; may be left individually by participants or covered by the hiring organization. Always appreciated, never required. Final Quoted Price: Provided upon booking, based on the number of therapists and hours reserved.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Notice Period To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. Refund Policy • Full Refund: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. • Rebooked Appointments: Deposits for rebooked appointments will be held and applied to the next scheduled appointment. • No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Exceptions We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, we may consider exceptions in certain situations: • Emergencies: If unexpected circumstances prevent you from providing the required 24 hours notice, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule without losing your deposit. • Service Provider Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option for a full refund or to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you. • Long-Term or Bulk Packages: Special cancellation policies may apply for long-term or bulk service packages. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details.
